What do you think might have led to the malfunction?

Had kitchen rewired but problems persist. Brand new Refrigerator, washer, and dryer all have issues. Supposedly the house was rewired to accommodate 220V but the still seem to overload the circuits. Outdoor patio outlets trip the grill-need updating
